These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your pre-registration for access to the beta version of giid.io (the “Beta”), operated by Aegenic (“Aegenic”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By submitting your details via our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of Pre-Registration

By registering your interest in the giid.io, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are requesting early access to a pre-release version of giid.io.
• The Beta is expected to be released at the end of February 2026.

2. Nature of the Beta

You understand that:

• The Beta is a pre-release product and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality.
• Features may change, be removed, or be added without notice.
• The Beta may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
• The Beta is provided “as is” and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Participation is voluntary.

3. Confidentiality

If you are granted access to the Beta, you agree that:

• The Beta, its features, design, documentation, performance, and any related materials constitute confidential information.
• You will not publicly disclose, publish, or comment on the Beta without our consent.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Beta.
• This confidentiality obligation survives termination of Beta access.

4. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to giid.io, you agree that:

• We may use such feedback without restriction.
• You will not be entitled to compensation for feedback provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegenic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Participation in the Beta
• Delays in release
• Product errors or interruptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
